As we encounter the end of summer and welcome fall a big amount of events follow in with this transition, a time were all of us fashion lovers wait expectantly on new collections and tendencies.
In a recent trip to New York, during fashion week I went on a stroll in a look of sequins and suede.
Sequins are pretty bold and can look odd during the day or even at night time, all depending on how we pair it. I find that keeping the look in muted colors and contrasting with different textures like suede helps to tone down the boldness of this appliqué.
I opted for a light and earthy color palette for this look, almost all of my staple pieces belong to this range of colors, I just love how easy they go together with other colors and how romantic they can also look and make me feel.
I like how the look goes together, it has a certain flow making it look edgy yet soft.
It was an easy look to wear during the day it made me feel laid back yet chic enough to meet up friends for a bite or drink.
Today I am wearing top from Anna Kosturova, pants from Seta Apparel, suede belt vintage, boots Isabel Marant, earrings and rings from Patricia Robalino and clutch from Soukie Modern, sunnies from Jimmy Choo.

Al avecinarse el fin del verano le damos la bienvenida al otoño y a una cantidad de eventos que acompañan esta transición, un tiempo donde todos los amantes de la moda esperan con ansias, colecciones nuevas y tendencias.
En un viaje reciente que hice a New York , durante la semana de la moda, me fui a hacer un par de pendientes que tenía, llevando este look de lentejuelas y gamuza. Las lentejuelas son atrevidas y pueden llegar a verse un poco fuera de lugar durante el día o la noche, todo depende de cómo las complementamos. Me parece que manteniendo el look en colores neutros y contrastando con diferentes texturas como la gamuza ayuda a bajarle el tono a la luminosidad de ese adorno.
Yo he optado por una paleta de colores terrosos, casi todas las piezas importantes de mi vestuario pertenecen a esta gama, me encanta como los puedo mezclar fácilmente y como va de la mano con otros colores y la forma romántica que también pueden verse y hacer que me sienta.
Me gusta como se ve todo el look junto, fluye de cierta manera que lo hace ver relajado pero al mismo tiempo vanguardista. Un look fácil de llevar durante el día, y lo suficientemente elegante para hacer una transición a la noche y reunirme con amigos para ir a algún lado a comer o tomar una copa.
Hoy llevo puesto camisa de Anna Kosturova, pantalones de Seta Apparel, cinturón de gamuza vintage, botas de Isabel Marant, aretes y anillos de Patricia Robalino, clutch de Soukie Modern y gafas de Jimmy Choo.
