Nemcatacoa music festival was celebrated this past october 9th and 10th in Cajica which is a little town about 40 minutes way from Bogota (Colombia). There were 24 bands like The Bravery, Green Day, Tego Calderon, La Mala Rodriguez, El Cuarteto De Nos, Don Tetto, Jamiroquai just to name a few, performing in 3 different stages. It was the first of this kind in this country and the organizers hope that it gets as big and important as Rock in Rio, Woodstock and Coachella. In my opinion it has all the potential and the infrastructure to make it as big and successful. I had lots of fun and I got to be with some good friends and to meet really nice people as well.

El Festival musical Nemcatacoa fue celebrado el pasado octubre 9 y 10 en Cajica que una pequeña poblacion a 40 minutos de Bogota(Colombia). Se reunieron 24 bandas como The Bravery, Green Day, Tego Calderon, La Mala Rodriguez, El Cuarteto De Nos, Don Tetto, Jamiroquai por nombrar algunos, estuvieron haciendo sus actuaciones en 3 diferentes escenarios. Este fue el primer festival de su clase en este pais y los organizadores esperan que se vuelva tan grande e importante como Rock en Rio, Woodstock y Coachella. En mi opinion tienen todo el potencial y la infraestructura para lograrlo. Me diverti muchisimo con algunos de mis amigos y tuve la fortuna de conocer gente muy linda tambien!!!
